Location: the hotel was near to the center, the shops, bars and very good restaurants, and bars in the area. The room was very lovely big, comfortable bed. In general the service was excellent!

I nearly thought of giving a good review but what a disappointment! My room was smaller than expected and the bathroom fan, oh dear, so noisy! On top of that, where was my complimentary upgrade? I certainly woudl ve appreciated that after my unsatisfactory experience. Just unacceptable for a supposedly charming place like this!

The location was perfect for us, being close to Ross Castle and Muckross House. Breakfast was the highlight with fresh food made by cheerful staff every morning. We even tried darts in the evening, a fun family activity.
My wife says that the room could use more shelving for our things.
